These terms govern your use of caesarplasma.com (the "Site"), operated by Caesar (Sanitar Co., Ltd.), Taipei, Taiwan ("Caesar", "we"). By using the Site you accept these terms. The Site is an informational site about Caesar's Plasma Activated Water (PAW) products — nothing is sold directly through it.

These terms are provided in English. Where the Site is available in other languages, the English version is the authoritative one.

1. Informational purposes only

The content of the Site — including product descriptions, specifications, performance figures, certifications, and the total-cost-of-ownership calculator — is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or warranty of any kind. Product specifications and availability may change without notice. Binding terms for any purchase, pilot, or partnership are established exclusively in a written agreement between you (or your organization) and Caesar.

2. Performance figures and the TCO calculator

Performance figures shown on the Site (such as microbial reduction rates and ozone concentrations) reflect results obtained under specific test conditions by the cited testing bodies. Actual results depend on water quality, installation, usage patterns, and maintenance, and may differ.

The cost calculator computes estimates exclusively from the inputs you provide; its output is an illustration, not a quotation, savings guarantee, or financial advice. Verify any figures against your own procurement data before relying on them.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — are the property of Caesar or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "Caesar" and the Caesar Plasma marks may not be used without our prior written permission. You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your internal business evaluation; any other reproduction or distribution requires our consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that violates applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by circumventing its anti-abuse measures or submitting automated form submissions;
• scrape or harvest data from the Site for commercial purposes without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "Last updated" date above, is the one in force. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Taipei, Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the Site, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
