Caesar Plasma
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect on caesarplasma.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and honest: this is a product-information site — we collect very little, and nothing without a reason.
This policy is provided in English. Where the site is available in other languages, the English version of this policy is the authoritative one.
1. Who we are
The controller of personal data processed through this website is Caesar (Sanitar Co., Ltd.), Taipei, Taiwan ("Caesar", "we"). For anything related to this policy or your data, contact service@caesarplasma.com.
2. What we collect, and why
a. The contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, work email, company (optional), the type of inquiry you select, the fields relevant to that inquiry (for example facility type and approximate fixture count for a quote, city and country for a demo, or product category and estimated volume for an OEM inquiry), and your message.
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, where it leads to a commercial conversation, to take steps prior to entering into a contract with you or the organization you represent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a form-relay service that processes the submission on our behalf. The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates technical signals from your browser and connection to distinguish humans from bots (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Turnstile does not give us access to those signals — we only learn whether the check passed.
b. Analytics — only if you opt in
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics is off by default: the site uses Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage denied until you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics identifiers are collected. You can change your mind at any time — see section 5.
c. Server logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure may record technical access logs (such as IP address, time of request, and user-agent) for security and operational purposes. These logs are kept short-term and are not combined with the data above.
3. Cookies and local storage
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
cp_consent_v1 | localStorage | Remembers your cookie-banner choice (granted or denied) | Until you clear it |
cp_contact_times | localStorage | Rate-limits contact-form submissions to prevent abuse (stores timestamps only) | Rolling 1 hour |
pref_lang | Cookie | Remembers your language preference | 12 months |
Google Analytics (_ga and similar) | Cookies | Usage statistics — set only after you accept analytics | Up to 24 months |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cookies / technical signals | Anti-bot protection on the contact form | Session |
4. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run this site:
- Web3Forms — relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics) — only if you consent to analytics.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — anti-bot verification on the form.
- Our website hosting provider — serves the site and maintains technical logs.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Some of the providers above process data outside the European Economic Area (including in the United States and Taiwan). Where GDPR applies, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Your choices and rights
Analytics consent: you can withdraw or grant consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser (which resets the banner) or adjusting your choice when the banner reappears. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email service@caesarplasma.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Retention
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Consent and preference records remain in your own browser until you clear them.
7. Children
This site is aimed at business and professional audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
